We tested Travis by having him blind taste and he was 100%. He's good at his job.

Basin Martini Bar - in Klamath Falls, OR. SURPRISE! who knew??

This photo does NOT do this dish justice. Warm brown sugar caramelized pecans drizzled onto crostini, baked brie, pear and apple slices. This is what all other appetizers aspire to be! (I suggest clicking on the photo to see it larger)

Penne with pesto, feta, kalamata olives, artichoke hearts, scallops and shrimp. It was INCREDIBLE!

Of course, I had the California rolls as any new convert does.
On the right is the Fugi Special, which includes baked scallops, shrimp, krab, green onions, avocado and tobiko.



Yes, as a novice, I accidently mixed my sauce a bit too hot and had to wipe tears.

Subterra - New in Newberg

Opened recently, winter 2010. We went to check it out.
All entrees come with soup and salad.
Spicy black bean soup - incredible!

Goat cheese/grapefruit salad

Braised beef with creamy polenta. Yes, I would like to eat this every single night of my life! Preferably catered to my dining room table, thank you.
