Natalie's Estate Pasta and Pairing . 4/26/2008
Christopher Boon prepared pastas for us from scratch, we helped with demonstrations, and then we all enjoyed the pasta paired with Natalie's Estate fine beverages.

3) Beet and Goat Cheese Ravioli with Walnut Butter. Incredible!
4) Linguine with Caper Red Pepper and Kalamata.

6) Buckwheat Pasta. Blue Cheese and Almond Totellini with Radicchio.
